This policy explains how Restore Rooms ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you submit an enquiry, use one of our tools, or call us. We are the data controller for the information you provide.

What we collect

Enquiry details you give us through a form or tool — your name, phone number, email, postcode, and details about the sauna or plunge you are planning.
Tool answers — the answers you give our cost calculators, selectors and planning checker, so the installers we introduce you to can quote accurately.
Website analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

We process your enquiry details on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form, or by calling us about your enquiry. We use the information solely to:

respond to your enquiry and arrange the work you've asked about;
give you accurate advice and a quote.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data to advertisers or list brokers. Our business model is introductions: when you ask for quotes, we pass your enquiry — including the details you gave us — to installers who cover your area, and they pay us for that introduction. That is the point of submitting the form, and we will only do it when you have asked us to. We also use a small number of trusted processors, such as our lead-management system, who process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
